onderwerp Ebay/Paypal 45 day complaint > system for corrupt sellers ? in Internationaal kopen

On 16-09-2010 I bought a battery (97euro) on Ebay from a seller. He delivered after 20 days a wrong battery that was much cheaper. I wrote him back, and he said that he was doing an effort to find the right battery. I wrote him often, but he mentioned he was still searching. A few weeks back he told me that he had sent the right battery. But nothing came. Then he sent me a -fake?- postal transaction number as a proof. The postal offices couldn't find anything because they mentioned that this number did not exist. Meanwhile the date for complaining (45 days) at Ebay/Paypal is over!!! I think this makes this system corrupt. I think this seller is aware of this, and just uses this to get money and to send nothing in return. I want to have my money back! This is a bad system, and sellers like dm_riskal who know how to misuse this, just make Paypal and Ebay partners in crime and steal money from unaware customers. Best regards Ben Albu Belgium
