Belgium eBay username, can't login to UK ebay login page

Everytime i get email from Ebay is linked to UK Ebay, 1000 times i have set my Belgium ebay username to auto remember my password, every single time i click my email ebay links it lands me to uk ebay and keep saying username or password invalid.

then i tried to register in uk ebay but then it keep saying i have already email name used.

Can anyone for shake of god, please get me out of this problem? so that i can buy internationally from my Belgium account?

i want to spend my money i do not care from where i am buying (is it Belgium, Asia or UK), for me it only matters i pay and i get my product, all those password username mess is overkilling. And why do i keep getting email with UK links even i registered for Belgium username? is this not a Ebay developers bug?
