I am fed up with none payers, over the past year i have had a least 3. but if i ask ebay to contact them, the buyer may then give me a neg feedback, and as a seller you can't give a buyer a negative feedback, which i find very unfair. the last buyer who has'nt paid just ignores my emails. i have sent an invoice twice. what the best thing to do.
