Recently my phone number has changed and my old number doesn't exist anymore.

Every time I want to log into ebay they ask to fill in the code that has been sent to my old phone number.

So I cannot fill in the code because I doesn't have that phone number anymore.

To change my phone number in my ebay account I have to log in => doesn't work.

If I change my password I have to acknowledge with the sms-code. => doesn't work.

I try to contact ebay customer service but everytime this message comes up: "We konden uw bericht niet verwerken. Neem contact op met onze klantenservice."

If I do this again the message comes up that I have tried too many times to contact the customer service.

What do I have to do to be able to login again in my account?

Does ebay has a phone number? Or a live chat? Or videocal?
