    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently my phone number has changed and my old number doesn't exist anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I want to log into ebay they ask to fill in the code that has been sent to my old phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I cannot fill in the code because I doesn't have that phone number anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To change my phone number in my ebay account I have to log in =&amp;gt; doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I change my password I have to acknowledge with the sms-code. =&amp;gt; doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to contact ebay customer service but everytime this message comes up: "&lt;SPAN&gt;We konden uw bericht niet verwerken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Neem contact op met onze klantenservice."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If I do this again the message comes up that I have tried too many times to contact the customer service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;What do I have to do to be able to login again in my account?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Does ebay has a phone number? Or a live chat? Or videocal?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
