When I order 2 items from the same store, how come I still pay sending twice?

Hello,

I ordered 2 items from one store.

But it didn't seem possible to get a shopping cart or anything.

I had to order them one by one.  So I had to pay the shipping twice.

Although the 2 items arrived in my mailbox in 1 envelope...

Wouldn't it be more correct to only pay shipping once...?

Before paying you can ask the seller to send an invoice with combined shipping costs, sometimes it is not possible to reduce the shipping cost because of the size & the weight of the items.
