It took me less than 10 seconds to be 100% sure that this racquet is fake. I have multiple references including this article.
If you compare the images you will see the difference with the blink of an eye:
http://www.regentville.com/2009/09/fake-babolat-aero-pro-drive-tennis.html
Read this article carefully please and then observe my personal notes below
Firstly, the weight distribution is totally out of line which indicates that the racquet is made of a different material than the original. The light material is what makes the original so expensive
If I put my finger in the triangle, the head of the racquet drops.
Original babolat aero pro's are light headed, if you do this with the racquet the head stays slightly above the horizontal. This one drops significantly
Secondly, the T of Babolat of the original is located INSIDE the grommets. This one is located outside and the location of the TM mark is also different (see point 5 of the article!)
Third, the original racquet has SHINING silver letters and this one has DULL letters (See point 2 of the article) I have also compared to a genuine racquet of a friend of mine and I have noticed the difference.
4th, the quality of the grommets is worse than the original
5th, the original has 2 holograms (see point 9 at the bottom) The serial numbers should match. This racquet does not have a hologram and if you watch closely to what should be in the triangle in point 9, you'll see that my item has a fake heading that says "genuine babolat"
This is obviously fake and differs from the original too.
Feel free to analyze the inside of the triangle at point 9 and you will see that this racquet is not an original. All aspects deviate from the original

I demand ALL my money back, including the transfer costs to send this junk back to England. I will get your account suspended and charge more money if I can. This is organized crime
2) Zijn repliek
hi
these rackets are official!!
3)ik probeer meer merkwaardigheden op te sommen
Before you spread more lies, read the article I sent you
http://www.regentville.com/2009/09/fake-babolat-aero-pro-drive-tennis.html
and confirm or deny the differences on the pictures, it takes only 3 minutes and I know you have more racquets at home.
If you deny them, I'll let a paypal coworker decide which one of us is right. I am taking this to a higher level and I will not let you get away with this so you can scam more people. You are a criminal and therefore you should be in prison.
I had expected a reply like yours, no defrauder will admit that he's setting it all up.
Before I bid for the item on ebay I asked you if it was genuine and you said yes. I said that it was strange since these racquets cost more than $240 in any tennis store. You replied with "yes I know but I have to sell quickly and that is why I start with a low price". This is strange because the material itself costs 160 euros. But I gave you the advantage of the doubt because it was 1 racquet.
After the deal you emailed me again and said that you could provide many more of these racquets for the same price, which proves that you provide these fake racquets on a large scale.
YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL DEFRAUDER
This is organized crime and therefore I will do my best to get you punished. You know exactly what you are doing
The racquet you sent to me says "made in China" on the inside of the triangle. It doesn't even have a serial number like any genuine racquet has (point 9 of the article, watch the image)
READ THE ARTICLE, and then we'll see which one of us is right.
This is your last chance to admit that you are a cheater.
If you deny it again I will escalate this to a claim with paypal and I will contact the local police in Preston to have a closer look at this
4) Nu wordt het interessant, hij stelt zogezegd een "refund" aka vergoeding voor
hi
i am going to issue you a refund but please dont forget to send me my racket back.
thanks
5) zijn officiele voorstel
hi i am a bit new to paypal
i want to give you a refund but i have already transffered the funds so shall i just send you a payment of £90.01?
if i give you a refund by sending money then will the money be taken out of my paypal account balance or credit card?
thanks
6) Ik weiger dit voorstel
A £90 refund will not be enough since I'll have more transfer costs for sending it back.
I will have this dispute supervised very soon and I will let you know how this evolves. In case I would accept a refund, it will be more than £90 as I refuse to lose one cent in this whole fraud process.
I still have to consider whether I will take this to a higher level or not and I will let you know my decision as soon as possible
7) Hij stuurt me een bod van £95 via paypal en vraagt om het dispuut te sluiten. Of dit bod ook echt een refund is weet ik niet
hi
please close disputes
😎 mijn veiligheidsmaatregelen voor het opsturen
Before I close anything I will have to make sure that I can find a registered and traceable online company to send this item back to you for the £5 you offered on top of the original costs. I doubt if I can find a company like that. I will show you the offer when I know, if I can find it for £5 that's oke.
I have taken many digital fotos of the item and I will take them again when I'm at the post office to send it back, just to prevent further discussion. I will also make sure that the company I use will ask for your autograph at the moment of arrival. In case you're not at home, I'll let it be kept at the post office until you pick it up so you can sign it there.
I found your package on the ground at my door and I haven't had to sign any papers. Anybody could have stolen it if they wanted to. I will return this in a safer way to prevent more fraud.
If you want more safety measures, tell me right now and I will make sure it happens.
I will keep you posted
...
Before we continue, are you willing to admit that you sell fake rackets on a large scale via eBay? Or do you really want me to take this to court? Because I will
Yesterday I was contacted by a second buyer of your item and he says his racquet was obviously fake too. You will face 2 claims very soon. You used the same tricks on him as a new buyer, you forced him to give early feedback just like you did to me.
Meanwhile I have let some more experienced people supervise this situation. It seems that accepting your offer is not safe for me since your credit card is probably unvalid.
Most likely I will NOT accept your offer, escalate this into a claim, contact the police in Preston and make sure you get a very serious financial penalty and hopefully a long time in prison since this is your profession.
I hope you will reveal the source of these fake items so the police can prevent more scam from your side
I will keep you posted
...
Can you confirm that the £95 you just offered me officially stands as a refund? And not as a bid for an item I'm not offering?
Because people are telling me that you try to switch the roles of buyer - seller with that bid, which would give you rights you don't have.
And don't lie to me, this will be supervised.
I'm still waiting for you to officially confirm that you sell fake racquets. If you don't, I'll have this investigated immediately.
And the fact that a second buyer has also caught you cheating doesn't make this easier for you.
I'm looking forward to your reply.
Either confirm or deny that it's fake. If you deny, this will be a claim immediately.
