Be careful: Paypal/ebay support thieves/crooks.

As being ripped off on ebay by using paypal,they refuse to refund me on this matter.

I have proof that the buyer is fraudulent,but paypal/ebay refuse to cooperate.

Even UPS has given the necessary documents as proof and they still ignore the problem.
