I just got suspended on eBay. I have never heard of MC011 Accout Suspension until I was hit with one.

I do not dropship. I have my stock with invoices and receipts. I also sell on Amazon using FBA, this means my stock is in their warehouse. Therefore, I sometimes use multichannel fulfilment to ship my stock warehoused in Amazon fulfiment centres all over the world.

I could have unknowingly violated their policy but I cant think of how it happened.
