Community Court is terug van weggeweest. Nadat de plannen voor een jury van eBay gebruikers, die oordelen over het al of niet terecht zijn van iemand's gekregen slechte feedback, enkele jaren geleden opgedoekt werden is dit nu terug actueel. Op eBay India is Community Court nu live en er wordt voorzien dat het na deze testfase gaat uitgebreid worden naar andere sites.

Second, for Fixed Price items, we will begin removing negative and neutral feedback ratings left after a seller files an unpaid item dispute. We expect to launch both these changes in 2009.
